TTE’s FM division recently executed a retrofit project for ESAG Charity Foundation, wherein the team dismantled and removed the old chiller, and supplied, installed, tested and commissioned a new one for Al Gurg Tower 2 located at the scenic creekside on Baniyas Street, Dubai. Avoiding rush hour, the project called upon RTA for permissions to block off two interior roads, so that heavy duty cranes could aid in the removal and replacement of chillers in the safest manner. Upon approval, the team of technicians and supervisors worked through the early hours of the morning until noon to complete the retrofitting. Testing and commissioning was successfully completed in the next two days.
