Staff test their skills at the annual TTE Games

TTE decided to model their annual outing in a format similar to the Dubai Gov Games. The TTE Games were designed to test mental and physical dexterity of the staff. TTE hired a British Army run company who organised the event in the valley of the Jebel Jais Mountains in RAK. The staff strength of 312 was divided into 12 teams of 26 people each. The teams were made to participate in vigorous physical challenges which began at 8 am; with a pause for an hour for lunch. The games ended at 5 pm. The finale was the annual staff awards. The rolling trophy for best division was won by the Projects Team for exceeding revenue budgets by 55%, and Sheri won the Outstanding Person Award for her leading performance which enhanced the financial health of the company in 2017.
