FM division upgrades to CAFM

The Facilities Management division at TTE now streamlines end-to-end FM operations with real time data, thanks to the implementation of the upgraded Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software. This has enabled smooth transition of work orders to technicians equipped with tablets, and are immediately notified when a complaint is logged in. As opposed to physical reports and time sheets, all data is now digitally recorded through drop down menus, including detailed descriptions of materials used on-site. Moreover, technicians can now view stock inventory and raise a request for material through the tab enabling efficient planning of materials to meet urgent requirements. The software effortlessly records the details of work executed, customer’s signature, before and after pictures, and generates digital reports also proving effective in overcoming any handwritten and language barriers. It also assists with creating electronic service reports for customers, which eliminates the use of paper.
